Jen Siders, RN
Jen Siders is a registered nurse with 19 years of clinical experience across a range of healthcare settings. For the past eight years, she has worked at TriHealth in preoperative care and the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), where she developed a strong foundation in patient safety, clinical precision, and compassionate bedside care.
Jen holds a master’s degree in Nursing Informatics, bringing a unique blend of clinical insight and systems-level thinking to her work.
She is deeply committed to caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and believes that healing is most effective when clinical excellence is paired with presence, empathy, and thoughtful support.
Jen’s approach to nursing is rooted in a genuine love for people and a respect for each patient’s individual experience. She values listening, education, and collaboration, and strives to support patients in a way that feels steady, informed, and balanced throughout their care.
A Cincinnati native, Jen has been married to her husband for six years and is raising five children together in West Chester. Outside of work, family life keeps her grounded and reinforces the values that guide her nursing practice—care, connection, and resilience.
